Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide outstanding front-desk support in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You will check in patients, process payments, and guide new patients through the intake process with a courteous, professional demeanor.

You will coordinate with clinical staff, handle clerical tasks, and maintain daily financial records. Prior experience in healthcare or addiction medicine is preferred, and lived addiction experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients, receive payments, and assist in daily operations.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude towards patients and offer a warm, guiding experience during intake.
• Guide new patients through their intake process and coordinate with medical staff as needed.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as required.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports; oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
