Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is a leading provider of medication-assisted treatment across multiple states. We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to deliver excellent customer service at the front desk and support daily clinic operations.

The role involves patient check-in, handling payments, coordinating with clinical staff, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients, process payments and assist in daily operations.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude towards patients and provide a “white glove” experience.
• Guide new patients through the intake process to ensure a smooth visit.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
