Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and patients, determines needs, issues IDs, and directs or escorts appropriately.
• Assists patients for clinic-side, outpatient, department, inpatient, and alternate locations.
• Communicates with physicians, nurses, and staff to address meetings, patient needs, privacy, and safety promptly.
• Assesses wheelchair needs and coordinates with transport or volunteers as needed.
• Answers and screens incoming calls; provides information and resolves issues.
