• Communicate with physicians, office staff, nurses, security, and departments to coordinate visits and privacy.
• Assist with updating department procedures and materials.
• Log deliveries and maintain visitor records and wayfinding information.
• Support with meetings, booking rooms, and providing campus information as needed.
