Job summary

Ivy Health seeks a Patient Coordinator in Sewell, NJ to serve as the first contact for patients and support welcoming, organized clinic experiences. You will assist registration, scheduling, and other front office tasks to ensure smooth coordination with the clinical team.

The role emphasizes accurate record keeping, appointment management, and delivering excellent customer service to patients and families in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Position Summary

State of Location: New Jersey Position Summary: The Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in delivering a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinic experience. This role supports front office operations such as patient registration, patient scheduling and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless coordination between patients and the clinical team. The Patient Coordinator supports clinic workflows by maintaining accurate patient records, appointment management, and providing excellent customer service to patients and families.

Compensation Range: $18.00-$20.00/hr.
