Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, handle check-in and check-out, verify insurance, schedule appointments and review charts.
• Maintain open lines of professional communication with staff and providers.
• Keep a pleasant, cooperative demeanor while performing duties.
• Welcome patients and answer inquiries by phone or in person.
• Optimize patient satisfaction and appointment flow by scheduling effectively.
• Keep appointments on schedule by notifying providers of arrivals and delays.
• Provide reassurance to patients and maintain reception area.
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality; manage accounts and demographics.
