Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors; check-in and check-out; verify insurance and collect balances.
• Schedule appointments and prepare charts for visits.
• Maintain patient accounts with updated personal and financial information.
• Ensure confidentiality and protect patient rights.
• Maintain office inventory and coordinate supplies.
• Assist staff and providers with patient care flow as needed.
• Travel to office locations as assigned.
