Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors; answer phones and handle check-in/check-out.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect balances and copays.
• Schedule appointments and prepare charts for visits.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and keep a professional demeanor.
• Assist staff and providers with high patient volumes and daily reports.
