NKC Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative for the Urogynecology clinic. The role focuses on front office duties, customer service, and billing accuracy within a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Typical responsibilities include patient registration, eligibility checks, co-pay collection, scheduling follow-ups, and HIPAA-compliant handling of medical records. Prior healthcare front desk experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a physician’s office or healthcare setting.
• Customer service skills.
• Basic office skills.
• CPT and diagnosis coding experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Completes patient registration and eligibility verification accurately and in a timely manner.
• Accepts and records payments; informs patients of copays and balances.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and coordinates patient flow.
• Transfers and receives patient records in a HIPAA-compliant manner.
