Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming calls promptly and directs callers to the appropriate destination with courteous communication.
• Uses Inforad paging software to page via internal pagers and manage overhead paging.
• Monitors PBX alarms and notifies personnel; responds to emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Maintains directories and on-call lists; identifies issues and suggests process improvements.
• Operates PBX equipment, headsets, and telephones accurately and confidently.
• Keeps PBX area clean, secure and compliant with confidentiality standards.
• Attends in-services and training; may participate in committees and special projects.
