Job summary

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED. CPR and CPI obtained in orientation.
• Preferred: Some college courses.
• Maintains education and development appropriate for position.
• Previous experience in a customer service or clerical role.

Responsibilities

• Operates an electronic switchboard to route calls and place outgoing calls.
• Provides directory information to inquirers and maintains updated phone lists.
• Answers calls within 2-3 rings and makes announcements over the PA system.
• Maintains facility directory information and updates the database as needed.
