Medidata is seeking a Project Manager to oversee client accounts and day‑to‑day activities within a hybrid NYC area role. You will ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of projects, maintain thorough documentation, and lead stakeholder communications across multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and experience guiding project teams in clinical/biomedical or software environments. The position offers a hybrid work model with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in clinical/biomedical and/or software development environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery to ensure all deliverables are tracked and documented.
• Manage client expectations and communications to ensure satisfaction.
• Control project scope, timelines, budgets and milestones.
• Forecast project financials and ensure invoicing accuracy.
• Create and maintain current project documentation.
• Raise and track work requests to other departments.
• Document meetings and follow up on action items.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Provide proactive communication to stakeholders.
• Adhere to Medidata's project management methodologies and quality systems.
• Support sales and change orders processes.
• Deliver workshops and lead client meetings.
