You will develop client strategies, deliver presentations, and drive adoption of the Patient Experience platform across Life Sciences customers. Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technical pre-sales consulting, enterprise architecture, or consultative solution selling in Life Sciences or enterprise software.
• Trusted advisor to C-suite leadership; cross-functional collaboration with account executives and customer success teams.
• Track record of leading and closing complex enterprise technology deals in global, matrixed organizations.
• International sales and delivery experience with global enterprise customers and alliance partners.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain expert level knowledge of Patient Experience capabilities including product functionality, tech, client usage and roadmap.
• Support Patient Experience customer engagements with cross-functional teams across multiple sales theaters.
• Develop and distribute product messaging and collateral for the Technical Sales Team.
• Create standardized templates for value messaging and business cases for partner proposals.
• Provide solution assurance to proposals from a product perspective.
• Lead client discovery sessions and synthesize outcomes into presentations.
• Collaborate with Product Development on feedback, prioritization and roadmap.
• Assist with RFI/RFP responses and define delivery/adoption scenarios with Partners and Sponsors.
