Job summary

Medidata, a Dassault Systèmes brand, seeks a Project Manager to oversee client accounts and delivery timelines. You will ensure deliverables are tracked, documentation is current, and stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires leading project teams, managing budgets, and maintaining rigorous quality standards within Medidata’s methodologies. Hybrid work policy applies with NYC Metro involvement and domestic/international travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medidata or similar products.
• Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Exhibit time management skills along with collaboration and teamwork.
• Experience in leading project teams and meeting timelines.
• Self-motivated and professional.
• Basic computer skills and ability to deliver presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery to ensure all deliverables are tracked and documented.
• Manage client expectations and communications for satisfaction.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets and milestones.
• Forecast and monitor project financials including invoicing accuracy.
• Create and maintain current project documentation.
• Raise work requests to other departments and follow up.
