Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Patient Check-In Representative in Concord, MA, to greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect payments, and support care coordination. The role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and basic Epic experience.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm EST, with potential travel to cover additional sites. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and 1+ year of customer-facing work, plus solid data entry and multitasking

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Proficient computer skills with data entry and multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and perform health screenings as they check in.
• Verify and update demographics and insurance information.
• Collect payments and post payments to patient accounts.
• Navigate Epic and other systems for registrations and referrals.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and end-of-day reconciliation.
