Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify demographics and insurance in the Practice Management System.
• Collect payments and balance due; handle daily cash reconciliation.
• Ensure proper forms are completed and signed; process referrals.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
• Operate Epic System for referrals and registrations.
