UnitedHealth Group is seeking a part-time Patient Check-In Representative to join our Atrius Health-affiliated operations in Massachusetts. You will greet patients, perform basic health screenings, verify demographics and insurance, and collect payments for visits while maintaining accurate registrations.

Schedule is 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 4pm–8pm, at 111 Grossman Drive, Braintree, MA. The role requires customer service experience, basic computer skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of administrative experience in healthcare or customer service setting preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, EMR access).
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Completes check-in and health screening per service standards.
• Verifies demographics and insurance information; updates records as needed.
• Collects payments and posts them to the patient account.
• Ensures proper registration, signed forms, and referrals in the system.
• Performs cash handling duties, end-of-day reconciliation, and daily deposits.
• Protects patient privacy and adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
