Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking a Receptionist for a full-time, temporary role in Vineland, NJ. The position supports patient intake, cash handling, clerical tasks, and appointment coordination in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, one year of office experience, and a valid driver’s license. Travel up to 10% may be required. PTO, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/ GED or verifiable work experience in lieu of education.
• 1 year of experience in an office setting; experience in the medical field is a plus.
• Must possess a current valid driver’s license; local travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors/patients by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
• Responsible for cash collection and daily balancing.
• Responsible for all clerical functions: typing, filing, mail/correspondence flow, electronic file organization.
• Maintain daily phone coverage and coordinate appointments.
• Communicate relevant information to supervisory team regarding patients and the facility.
• Attend team meetings and complete required trainings.
