Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. in Vineland, NJ is seeking a Receptionist for a full-time temporary role (Mon-Fri, 5a-1:30p with rotating Saturdays). You will greet visitors, handle phones, perform clerical tasks, and support daily operations in a outpatient addiction treatment office.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or verifiable work experience.
• One year of office experience; medical field a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license; up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and patients by greeting them in person or by phone.
• Handle cash collection and daily balancing.
• Perform clerical tasks: typing, filing, mail flow and electronic file organization.
• Maintain daily phone coverage and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure security by following procedures and monitoring logbooks.
• Coordinate patient appointments and communicate updates to supervisors.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable/deposits.
• Maintain a clean reception area and comply with policies.
• Process intakes and upload documents in HER/EMR, coordinate with billing.
• Attend team meetings and complete required trainings.
