Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Vineland, NJ is seeking a Receptionist for our outpatient addiction treatment office. This full-time/temporary role runs Monday through Friday, 5:00a–1:30p with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or verifiable work experience in lieu of education.
• 1 year of experience in an office setting; medical field a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; local travel up to 10% may be required.
• Preferred: 1 year in substance use or mental health field.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and patients by greeting them in person or by phone.
• Handle cash collection and daily balancing.
• Perform clerical duties: typing, filing, mail flow, and electronic file organization.
• Manage daily phone coverage and coordinate patient appointments.
• Maintain reception area, follow policies, and assist with intake and billing coordination.
• Attend trainings and complete required courses; perform other duties as assigned.
