Qualifications

• Minimum two years front office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• 1–2 years of customer service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and assist with scheduling additional testing.
• Collect co-pays and past balances at check-in; enter into Practice Management batch.
• Enter patient demographics and clinical information into Practice Management and the EHR.
• Scan driver’s license and insurance cards into Ntierprise.
• Obtain and scan referrals into EMR and link to day’s appointment.
• Reconcile payment batches daily and report to Site Manager.
• Schedule follow-up procedures and coordinate local ASC cases.
• Assist patients with Phreesia registration.
