Job summary

Tennessee Urology Associates seeks a dedicated Point of Contact to support the office and physicians. You will independently handle messages, triage calls, document in EMR, schedule appointments, and coordinate tests, labs, and radiology for patients.

Qualifications include a minimum of a high school diploma and 2 years of front office experience in a medical setting, plus strong customer service, typing skills, and medical terminology knowledge. Travel between regional sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of front office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Preferred: Prior Medical Assistant or prior patient assistance center experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and professional first impression of the practice and show patients a “we care” attitude.
• Process incoming messages (40–50 per day) from the PAC via Keona Health and triage calls per policy.
• Document messages in EMR for physician disposition.
• Contact patients to provide results, arrange treatment, or discuss status.
• Scan and index information into the patient chart; review for completeness and accuracy.
