Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is hiring a dedicated Patient-Centered Technician in Hudson, OH. The role focuses on delivering TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient centers with patient-first care, comprehensive documentation, and coordinated scheduling.

Training will be provided to ensure clinical proficiency and exceptional patient experiences. The ideal candidate will have a healthcare background, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel between centers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field preferred.
• At least the equivalent of one year healthcare work or internship experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine, monitor responses, record psychiatric scales, and address discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: maintain EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
