Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician in Columbia, MD. You will deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in outpatient centers, monitor patient responses, and maintain precise records.

The role offers full-time hours, training, and a supportive team focused on compassionate care. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with relevant certification or an associate's degree, plus healthcare-related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus relevant certification such as medical assistant certification or an Associate's degree with substantial relevant work experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services; healthcare experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine per clinical guidelines, monitor responses, record scales, address discomfort.
• Maintain accurate EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: perform clinical administrative tasks and engage with patients and providers to ensure a positive experience.
