Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Fairfield, CT seeks a Patient-Centered Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies at our outpatient center. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm, with dedicated training and opportunities for growth.

You will administer treatments, monitor patient responses, keep accurate EHR records, assist with scheduling and billing, and collaborate with a compassionate care team to improve patient lives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent clinical certification with relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems.
• Familiarity with insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administers TMS and esketamine per guidelines, monitor responses, record scales, address discomfort.
• Maintain accurate EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/out, and billing procedures.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes to support operations.
