Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Westlake, OH is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician to administer TMS and esketamine therapies in a full-time outpatient setting. You will monitor patient responses, document psychiatric ratings, and help with scheduling and billing while ensuring compassionate, high-quality care.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or higher with clinical certification and healthcare experience; preferred Bachelor's in Psychology or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include HS diploma or higher, plus clinical certification and relevant work experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Psychology or related field; healthcare experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems; knowledge of insurance payers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments per clinical guidelines and monitor responses.
• Record assessments, manage mood scales, and maintain accurate EHR and scheduling.
• Support insurance and billing processes and ensure patient well-being.
