Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Hudson, OH, invites you to join our patient-centered team as a Technician delivering TMS and esketamine therapies in outpatient settings. This is a full-time role with shifts between 7am–7pm and occasional travel to other centers.

You will administer treatments, monitor patient responses, document EHRs, and support scheduling and billing while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field preferred; healthcare internship experience valued.
• High School Diploma or Associate's degree plus relevant healthcare experience.
• Strong communication and patient-facing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine, monitor responses, record scales, address discomfort.
• Maintain accurate EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/out, and billing procedures.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
