Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers seeks a patient-centered Technician in our Columbia Towson area operations to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies. The role offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm, with comprehensive training and opportunities for professional growth.

You will support patient care and maintain accurate records in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma with Medical Assistant certification or related Associate's degree and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus medical assistant certification or related associate degree.
• Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD, Salesforce).
• Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines.
• Strong clinical interviewing skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and esketamine; monitor responses and record psychiatric scales.
• Maintain EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/out, and payments.
• Perform clinical administrative tasks and collect co-pays for a smooth patient experience.
