Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to provide exceptional customer service at the on-site store, bridging clinical services with retail operations to enhance the patient experience. You will support pre-testing, digital refraction, and contact lens care under PEG supervision while promoting product and service promotions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and facilitate sales.
• Support clinical-to-retail workflow to enhance patient experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage patient information with HIPAA awareness.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and order status updates.
• Maintain brand standards and accurate patient records; assist with basic lens work as needed.
• Contribute to achieving store and clinical metrics and goals.
