Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for Jefferson Avenue Medical Office Building in Toledo, OH. The role provides basic health care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, including vital signs, patient comfort, and daily activities.

Candidate should have nursing aide training or STNA/CNA certification or equivalent; BLS preferred; EPIC EHR training preferred. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits to associates.

Qualifications

• Must have completed nursing aide training program OR STNA/CNA OR nursing program with clinical rotation OR 1 year of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care including care, comfort, vital signs, personal care and mobility.
• Acts as liaison between patient and nurse to report changes and concerns.
• Delivers high-level customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely in the chart.
