Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast in Destin, FL is seeking a Day shift, Full-time Patient Care Assistant to support the Med Surg team. This role assists with patient movement, daily living activities, and maintains a clean, safe patient environment under nursing supervision.

Competenze

• High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience.
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire.

How you'll make an impact in this role

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
