Job summary

Ascension is seeking a compassionate ER patient care technician in Kyle, TX. You will assist with movement and placement of patients, help with personal care tasks, and communicate changes in patients’ conditions to the nursing staff. Keeping rooms clean and equipment ready is part of the role.

Required BLS within 1 month of hire; high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of related experience are considered. The position is full-time in the evening shift at Seton Medical Ctr Hays.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience.
