Job summary

Ascension St. Vincent in Carmel, IN is seeking a Night Shift Part Time Nursing Assistant in the Bariatric department. You will perform basic patient care under supervision, assist with mobility and daily activities, and report changes to nursing staff.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, and a BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire. Prior caregiving experience is helpful; weekend rotations apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).

Responsibilities

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
