Ascension is seeking a dedicated patient care technician for the Cardiac Services team at Ascension St. Vincent Heart Center in Carmel, IN. This full-time night role involves three 12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm with a rotating weekend schedule and movement assistance for patients.

You will support ADLs, monitor patient conditions, document findings for nursing staff, and maintain tidy rooms and equipment across a high-acuity cardiac environment.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider credential required within 30 days of hire (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience required.

Responsabilités

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

• Prefer at least 1 year of patient care tech experience in a high acuity hospital
