Lincare is seeking a customer service associate to communicate with customers by phone, answer questions, resolve problems, and identify ongoing product or service needs while ensuring physician guidance is followed.

You will document calls in the computerized records system, enter orders, verify demographic details, and support training of teammates, contributing to a compliant, efficient patient care workflow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience/training.
• Computer data entry is required.
• Must meet location-specific licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls, including automated dialer-generated calls.
• Assess customer needs for additional products/services.
• Assess compliance with physician orders.
• Provide answers and education about products/services.
• Document calls in computerized records system.
• Enter customer orders into computerized system.
• Verify and update demographic information in records.
