Job summary

HearingLife in The Villages, FL is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) for our retail clinics nationwide. You will welcome patients, manage calls, schedule appointments, process PPI intake, collect insurance data, and handle payments and inventory.

This is a full-time, in-person position focused on delivering excellent patient experiences. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or healthcare-adjacent roles, strong communication skills, and comfort with scheduling software and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and maintain high level of customer service.
• Handle 50–75 inbound/outbound calls per day.
• Schedule and confirm all patient appointments.
• Process PPI intake and processing.
• Collect and verify insurance information for patients.
• Manage office supplies and payment processing.
• Maintain hearing aid supplies inventory.
• Keep the office clean and HIPAA compliant.
