HearingLife, The Villages, FL, seeks a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to greet patients, manage appointments, and support in-clinic operations. You will be the face of our retail clinics nationwide, ensuring a positive patient experience and helping the clinic meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and use scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsabilités

• You will act as the face of our retail clinics located around the country and in local communities. The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) strives to ensure a positive patient experience and to help more people hear better.
• Daily Tasks: welcome patients, manage 50–75 calls per day, schedule and confirm appointments, collect and verify insurance information, process payments, and maintain HIPAA standards.
• Maintain inventory of hearing aid supplies and ensure office cleanliness to support patient care.
