Job summary

Beltone is seeking a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist to assist Davenport/ Clinton, Iowa area. You will perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, advise on the best rehabilitative services and fittings, and educate patients about hearing health while engaging with physicians for referrals.

Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Iowa or AuD with dispensing requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to dispense hearing instruments and fittings.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations and recommend rehabilitative services.
• Provide fittings of hearing instruments and accessories for successful patient journeys.
• Educate patients about hearing health and participate in community outreach and referrals.
• Coordinate events like Lunch and Learn and support Beltone's nationwide network of care.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
