Job summary

Peak Motion PLLC is seeking a Client Care Specialist in Portland, OR. The role focuses on delivering an unmatched client experience, greeting patients, managing files, scheduling appointments, processing payments and handling documentation in the EMR system.

The candidate will maintain a warm, professional demeanor, coordinate with doctors, and support daily clinic operations while adhering to company policies and providing excellent service to clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year prior work experience delivering exemplary client service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule client appointments using the FYZICAL model and update the scheduler.
• Enter and manage appointment data in the EMR system with accuracy.
• Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Collect payments and ensure proper documentation and receipts.
• Respond to doctor office requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain professional and friendly demeanor with clients and staff.
• Communicate via email/phone about cancellations, rescheduling, and reminders.
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks and patient registration.
