Job DetailsJob Location: 1505 NE 40 Ave Suite C, Portland, OR - Portland, OR 97232Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 Hourly

POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring a positive and unmatched experience for ourclients and communicating the services that provide the best standard of care possible. The ClientCare Specialist will greet clients and prepare patient files, fax and scan essential documents,schedule client appointments by phone or in person and collect and enter payments in the EMRsystem. The CCS must have a full understanding of the services and retail items provided. TheClient Care Specialist must project a warm, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor while interactingwith clients and as a team member.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Schedule appointments following the FYZICAL model and enter appointment dates and time into acomputerized scheduler.
  • Detail oriented with superior communication, multi-tasking, problem solving and organizationalskills.
  • Anticipate and address client needs and communicate professionally and effectively.
  • Respond to any doctor office requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Greet and direct patients, salespeople, and visitors.
  • Reflect company culture by treating every client with the utmost courtesy and attention.
  • Possess superior interpersonal skills, maintaining a positive and supportive work relationshipwith others.
  • Computer ability to record appointments, both scheduling and canceling.
  • Communicate effectively through emails or notes to the scheduled PT’s notification of cancellation, reason for cancellation and indicate if the patient has rescheduled.
  • Communicate through telephone calls, email or mail to patients reminding and confirmingappointments.
  • Answer the telephone and respond to the inquiry or identify and elevate calls to theappropriate personnel, fax or scan essential documents.
  • Assist with other medical office needs, including registering patients and ensuring complianceprocedures are met.
  • Enter patient payment into the EMR system ensuring accuracy for services provided andcompliance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Must collect all monies due at the time of service.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Leads by example and exhibits solid teamwork while promoting the core philosophy of FYZICAL.

EXPECTED WORK HOURS

Monday through Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm.

  • Other Compensation: This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives and commissions related to the sale of membership packages and specific service goals.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum one (1) year prior work experience delivering exemplary client service preferred.
