Job summary

Peak Motion, PLLC is seeking a Client Care Specialist in Camas, WA to ensure a positive client experience and accurately process appointments and payments. The role requires greeting clients, preparing files, and coordinating with doctors and staff in a fast-paced clinic setting.

The successful candidate will handle scheduling, EMR entries, and patient communications professionally, while upholding company policies and delivering excellent service at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage EMR entries.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments following the FYZICAL model and enter appointment dates and times into a computerized scheduler.
• Greet clients and prepare patient files, fax and scan essential documents, and collect payments in the EMR system.
• Respond to doctor office requests in a timely and courteous manner; greet and direct patients, salespeople and visitors.
• Enter patient payments and ensure accuracy for services provided and compliance with procedures.
