Job summary

Peoples Injury Network Northwest in Fairview, OR is seeking a Full Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The PCC-I supports clinic growth through efficient patient intake and strong customer service in a busy outpatient setting.

As a member of the clinic team, you will schedule referrals, verify insurance, maintain the front office, and help ensure a welcoming patient experience during normal business hours Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, meet deadlines, work with little supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Monitor arrival rate through creating a great customer experience.
• Manage schedule, document routing and non-clinical documentation.
