ZoomCare is hiring a Clinic Associate to help deliver the Perfect Visit experience across daily care, family medicine, mental health, and more. The role includes checking patients in/out, scheduling visits, processing payments, and maintaining medical records with attention to privacy.

Training consists of 2-3 weeks, starting at the Tigard basecamp with some travel to clinics in the area. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ year healthcare, customer service, or admin experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; AthenaOne.

Responsabilidades

• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Process payments and educate patients on medical records.
• Maintain inventories and assist providers as needed.
• Provide emergency care when required.
