ZoomCare is seeking a Clinic Associate to join our team in the Portland area. The role supports the Perfect Visit experience across service lines including Daily Care, Family Medicine, Mental Health, Women's Health, Dermatology, and Podiatry.

Responsibilities include scheduling, checking in/out patients, updating records, processing labs, and maintaining inventory. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, healthcare or admin experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative roles is beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to protect patient privacy.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; familiarity with AthenaOne is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Schedule new appointments as needed.
• Process patient payments and educate patients on navigating their medical records.
• Maintain patient demographics and insurance information.
• Perform basic phlebotomy tasks and manage lab workflows as applicable.
• Maintain clinic inventory and ensure clean, organized spaces.
