Job summary

ZoomCare Grand Central Clinic is hiring a Clinic Associate to deliver the Perfect Visit experience across care lines such as Daily Care, Family Medicine, and Mental Health. Responsibilities include checking patients in/out, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and educating patients on navigating ZoomCare’s medical records.

The role requires basic healthcare exposure, strong communication, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1+ year of healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Able to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, AthenaOne, and other relevant software applications.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification or the ability to obtain within 1 month of hire.
• Phlebotomy training program within six months of hire.
• WA MA-Phlebotomist license within 6 months of hire; OR equivalent licensure/training.
• COVID-19, Hepatitis B, MMR, PPD, Varicella, TD/TDAP vaccinations required.
• Preferred: Current licensure/certification as CMA/NCMA/CCMA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Schedule new appointments as needed.
• Process patient payments.
• Educate patients on navigating ZoomCare’s medical record.
• Maintain patient demographics and insurance information.
• Perform blood draws and finger sticks with proper lab standards.
• Process specimens and document results.
• Maintain supply inventory; order, receive, and store supplies.
• Support medical providers as needed.
• Keep the clinic clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.
