Qualifications

• GED or High School graduate with a minimum of two years of medical or dental clinic front desk operations experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Fundamental mathematical skills and ability to perform computations.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in various formats.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: check-in/check-out, collect co-payments and billing information.
• Call Center: handle high volume appointment scheduling calls with professional service.
• Greet patients professionally to ensure excellent service and communicate with staff accordingly.
• Schedule all patient appointments and follow-ups for locations.
• Maintain patient records and verify demographic/insurance information.
