Job summary

firstchoicechc is seeking Patient Service Representatives (PSRs) to be the first point of contact for patients, families, and staff. Qualifications

• High school graduate with two years of Medical or Dental clinic front desk operations experience.
• Must speak Spanish; ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out patients, collecting co-pays, deductibles, and billing information.
• Help patients with forms and ensure accurate demographic, insurance, and financial data in the practice management system.
• Greet patients professionally in person or by phone and direct calls to staff as needed.
• Schedule patient appointments across locations in a timely manner and align with production goals.
• Verify patient information and ensure proper documentation is filed in medical/dental records.
