Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments per department guidelines.
• Verifies eligibility for insurance benefits (RTE).
• Links authorizations to appointments at check-in.
• Registers patient demographics, insurance and billing details.
• Collects copays and handles payments; processes deposits and reports.
• Maintains department files and readiness of front-desk operations.
• Assists with messaging, mail, faxes, and document distribution.
