Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Welcomes patients and visitors; answers calls and routes messages in EMR.
• Maintains accurate patient demographics and scheduling; verifies patient IDs.
• Collects and posts payments; handles cash and receipts per policy.
• Assembles and verifies patient charts; updates medical records and billing entries.
• Respects HIPAA; responds to medical record requests.
• Supports multi-site operations and coverage for staff as needed.
• Assists with training new staff and onboarding.
