Beltone is seeking a Hearing Care Technician to serve as the friendly face of our practice in Pottsville and surrounding PA locations. You will manage front desk tasks, guide patients through orientations, and deliver basic technical support for hearing instruments and related apps.

The role requires coordinating with providers, handling copays, and ensuring accurate appointment data across multiple offices. A patient-focused, detail-oriented individual will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience in a medical setting is preferred.
• Experience with medical clinic operations is beneficial.
• Ability to travel between the Hazleton and Lehighton offices as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and patient check-in/out.
• Assist patients with hands-on orientations and device care.
• Provide basic technical support for hearing instruments and app pairing.
• Coordinate patient schedules with the provider and manage calendars.
• Enter appointment data and collect copays and balance payments.
• Handle return calls to troubleshoot device issues.
